I visited this salon for the first time after hearing good reviews and booked Riku-san as my hairstylist. He was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the appointment.
I wanted layered hair with a reddish color. While I'm happy with the color overall, I'm a little disappointed with the haircut. My hair ended up much shorter than I expected, and the layers aren't as defined as I had hoped. Instead, the cut looks a bit messy to me.
Overall, I appreciate Riku-san's friendly service, but unfortunately, the haircut didn't match the style I was looking for.
